Dear Partners and Friends,

We are looking forward to being with you very soon in May at the NEC. We moved to the NEC in Birmingham for last year’s conference and will be holding the event here again in 2024! The venue is much bigger with more facilities, and better accommodation and transportation links which we feel will draw more people to come this year. The venue’s expenses are higher than the previous Telford venue but it’s closer to our headquarters in Walsall. It is still very expensive to put on a conference of this magnitude and that’s the reason for this update letter. I would really appreciate it if you could help us with the finances in advance as many of you have done so before.

So far, we have now prepaid £48,712 of the £69,960 for the license to hire the halls we will use at the NEC Venue. At time of writing, we are due to make another payment at the end of March for £20,988. We have also paid £11,119 for rigging and £4,726 for internet media services. The total expenses for this conference which include this hall hire portion, audio visual, social media broadcast rigging, media, travel, accommodation, security, and more, will be over £240,000. Inflation during the last few years has impacted on these expenses but there is no lack for us in meeting our needs. To date our very generous partners and donors have raised £29,000 towards this specific event, what a blessing! As you may remember we went into the red for these Grace & Faith conferences for many years until I went to you, our partners, and friends, asking for some help up front, before the event. Because of your generous response, the prior years in Telford we covered all of these increasing expenses. What a blessing. Would you like to support us by sowing into this work again? The event, helped by your giving, is free to attend and every year we see many people come and hear lifechanging messages that lead to salvations, healings, the baptism of the Holy Spirit, deliverance and people discover their true identity, and the true nature of God.

Duane and Sue Sheriff will be with me again as well as Mike and Carrie Pickett. Of course, Charlie and Jill LeBlanc will be leading the praise and worship again and I believe this is going to be better than ever. We’ve seen awesome things in the past, and I’ve learned the Lord never serves dessert first. There is always something sweeter to come. So, I’m excited about doing the Grace & Faith conference at the NEC and would love to see you there.

As last year, the conference will start on Thursday night and conclude on Saturday evening. We will have a graduation service for all our Charis schools in the UK on Saturday afternoon. Mike and Carrie Pickett will be ministering along with Duane and myself. The Picketts, our Executive Vice Presidents, are a special couple that will touch your heart with their love for the Lord and you.

In order to give you can visit our website at: awme.net/gf-give or call our UK Helpline on 01922 473300. So please make plans to join me and the team again this year for our Grace & Faith 2024 conference. And if you can help us with the deposit and finances towards the conference, we would really appreciate it.

You are a blessing!

How much does it cost to attend Grace & Faith?

Thanks to the generosity of Andrew’s Partners, Grace & Faith is free to attend! WE therefore do not charge any entry free to attend Grace & Faith. Andrew believes that the Word of God should be made available to everyone. Registration is free, sign up and be blessed!

How do I get to the NEC?

The NEC is easily accessible whether you are travelling by car, bus, train or plane. Located in the middle of the UK’s motorway network, the NEC is clearly signposted from all major routes and both Birmingham International Airport and the Railway Station are on the centre’s doorstep. Click here to see more details on getting to the NEC.

Is there ample parking at the NEC?

The NEC has over 16,500 car parking spaces. Click here to find out more about parking charges.

We recommend parking in the East Car Parks 1–4, where there will be a free shuttle bus to the Atrium. For disabled parking, we recommend Blue Badge Parking accessible through Gate 1, located close to Hall 5 and Moxy Hotel (please see the map provided in the Location tab on this website).

We also recommend paying for parking in advance as it is cheaper and prices are going up in April 2024.

Are there hotels nearby?

There are major hotels and Airbnb’s situated around the NEC and Birmingham airport.

Where can I purchase food and drinks?

There is loads of choice for each meal and you can view stores and restaurants HERE. Before your visit you can view the EAT site to find out what is open during the Grace & Faith conference, and you can view menus. Please note that the NEC is a cashless venue.

Will there be a creche or parent and child room?

The conference can be accessed by all. Whilst there is no provision for childcare, we encourage you to keep your children with you at all times. If your child does become unsettled in the main auditorium, you are able to sit in the food court where there will be a live feed of the conference.

Will there be sign language support with hearing loss?

Yes! We are delighted to welcome fully qualified British Sign Language to Grace & Faith 2024 to ensure that attendees with deafness won’t miss a moment. An interpreter will be present during the main teaching sessions in the main hall.

Is there wheelchair access?

Yes, the venue is fully accessible to all our guests. Head to the NEC’s Accessibility page for further details.
